What You'll Own

  • Brand motion language and visual consistency across platforms
  • Social content creation (Reels, TikToks, animated explainers)
  • Campaign animation and video production
  • Motion graphics for product demos and educational content
  • Collaboration with marketing on campaign assets
  • Quick-turnaround creative delivery during product launches
  • Building and maintaining a motion asset library
  • Performance feedback loop (what lands, what doesn't)

You Should Be Able To

  • Go from brief to finished asset fast — we move quick
  • Think in sequences, not just frames
  • Must be proficient in After Effects (experience in Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus)
  • Understand what plays on social media versus what doesn't
  • Take direction but also push back with ideas
  • Ship without constant hand-holding
  • Adapt style from playful to professional depending on the moment
Fintech, fintech-adjacent, or high-growth tech experience is a real plus. You've shipped motion work at pace. You care about the craft but you're not precious about revisions. You understand that motion isn't decoration — it's communication. Speed and ownership. That's the game.
